Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East is seeking a senior commercial lead for the crop protection sector. You will own end-to-end commercial activities, drive distributor development, establish road-to-market strategies, and manage product registrations across the APME region.

A background in agrochemicals and strong negotiation abilities are essential. The role demands regional travel, strategic forecasting, and close coordination with local affiliates and partners to secure volume

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in crop/plant protection.
Minimum 8 years sales experience in agrochemicals.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel frequently.
Strong knowledge of agrochemicals, pesticides and adjuvants; market and registrations in APME.

Responsibilities

Develop distributors and direct key accounts for crop protection business; liaise with local affiliates.
Prepare sales forecast, budget and long-term plan (LTP) for crop protection in APME.
Establish regional distribution network and road-to-market strategy across APME countries.
Product registrations and license management for crop protection products.
Market intelligence and new country/business development for crop protection.
