Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned sales and business development leader for the crop protection sector in APME.

You will drive commercial activities, develop regional distribution networks, manage registrations, and boost brand presence across markets. You will oversee forecasting, planning, and marketing strategy execution, while providing technical training to partners and end-users and ensuring compliance and credit controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in crop/plant protection.
• Project management and technical support experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and commercial analysis with road-to-market design.
• Willing to work hard, accountable, autonomous, and a good team player.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Strong knowledge in agrochemicals, pesticides, adjuvants, market and registrations.
• Minimum 8 years of agrochemical sales experience in the APME region.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in APME: establish distribution networks, road-to-market strategies, and registrations.
• Meet volume, forecast and budget targets; manage pricing.
• Provide technical support and training to partners and end-users.
• Design and implement marketing strategies and annual sales plans.
• Maintain credit control and compliance; organize distributor seminars.
• Liaise with associations and local affiliates to gain approvals for new applications.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, and presentations to raise brand awareness.
