Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to drive end-to-end commercial activities in the crop protection sector for the APME region. You will lead market development, registrations, and partner engagement to expand the regional footprint.

You will establish and manage distributor networks, coordinate with local affiliates, and oversee sales planning and budget alignment while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in crop/plant protection is required.
• Experience in project management and technical support is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial analysis abilities; road-to-market design experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work autonomously as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of agrochemicals, pesticides, adjuvants, market dynamics and registrations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall commercial activities for the crop protection sector in APME.
• Develop regional distribution network and road-to-market strategy for APME countries.
• Manage product registrations and license management in APME.
• Maintain relationships with associations and institutes for certifications/approvals.
• Participate in industry events to promote brand awareness and presentations.
• Develop distributors and direct key accounts; coordinate with affiliates for activities.
