Job summary

RAPSYS Technologies PTE. LTD. is seeking a CRM Developer to implement and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions.

You will design CRM layers, develop back-end interfaces in C#/.NET, and work closely with the team on infrastructure across multiple layers. A commitment to quality and collaborative problem solving is essential. You will gather requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications, configure CRM modules, and provide training to end users.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of Dynamics 365 (on-premise and Online).
• 3+ years Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years AWS or Azure expertise.
• Proficient in C# with OO programming.
• Experience in web services (SOAP/REST).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .NET.
• Develop interfaces via .NET web services and APIs.
• Coordinate with team across layers of the infrastructure.
• Provide training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of CRM applications.
• Manage client relationships and SLA delivery.
