Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a CRM Developer to implement and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions. You will design multi‑layer CRM applications, integrate with .NET back-ends and web services, and work onsite with a collaborative team.

The role requires strong C#, CRM SDK expertise, and experience with Power Platform, Azure, and IIS. Onsite support and client collaboration are essential to deliver high‑quality CRM projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and Online.
• 3+ years with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong C# proficiency and OO programming.
• Experience with Web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience configuring IIS and using TFS for version control.
• Willing to work in implementation and maintenance projects, including government and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Coordinate with team across different layers of the infrastructure.
• Provide onsite support and technical guidance to the project team.
• Prepare functional/technical requirements and participate in rollout and testing.
• Deliver training and ensure deployment readiness in Dynamics 365 environments.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery per SLA.
