Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a CRM and Loyalty Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategies and loyalty programme governance in the retail sector.

You will own Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, drive segmentation and personalised journeys, and collaborate across Retail, E‑Commerce, IT and Finance to ensure data integrity and effective CRM processes.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Business, IS, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in CRM, loyalty, customer engagement, marketing ops or martech.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud required; Loyalty Cloud exposure preferred.
• Retail CRM/loyalty experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation and loyalty.
• Own the loyalty programme: proposition, tier structure, rewards, engagement and performance.
• Drive segmentation, omnichannel journeys and personalised engagement to improve retention and CLV.
• Act as owner for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; oversee requirements, UAT and platform optimisation.
• Plan and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys: lifecycle automation, segmentation, email, SMS, triggered communications.
• Monitor loyalty analytics and translate insights into initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail, E-Commerce, IT, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Manage CRM, loyalty and martech partners and vendors.
