Love, Bonito is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to own how we talk to and reward our customers. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a lean team of three and translate customer data into campaigns, rewards, and decisions that boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities include owning CRM communications, mobile engagement, loyalty programme strategy, and driving customer insights with a focus on measurable impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Braze).
• Experience driving mobile engagement and loyalty programs.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Analytical and proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• CRM communications: own strategy and calendar, drive campaigns for acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Mobile engagement: own mobile comms strategy and campaigns for growth.
• Loyalty programme: end‑to‑end ownership of enrollment, tiering, rewards and redemptions.
• Customer insights: analyse data and build segmentation to inform marketing decisions.
• Reporting & budgeting: track KPIs and manage CRM/loyalty budget
• Technology & AI: oversee martech platforms and improve automation and targeting.
• Team & stakeholder management: lead the team and align priorities with leadership.
