Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Client Services team in Singapore, focusing on CRM implementation and enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis.
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience; Salesforce is a plus.
• Understanding of CRM processes including lead management, opportunities, customer lifecycle and service workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops for CRM projects.
• Analyse and document As-Is / To-Be processes, workflows and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, use cases and process flows.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and solution architects.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, integrations and data migration.
• Support UAT, system testing and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support user adoption.
