in Singapore is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Business Analyst with deep Project Operations expertise to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams and translate project-centric requirements into scalable D365 solutions. You will own end-to-end project lifecycle activities from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis to UAT and post-go-live support, focusing on resource management, billing, and scheduling.

Qualifications

3–5+ years as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years in D365 Project Operations or PSA tools.
Deep knowledge of D365 modules (Sales, Resource Management, Project Accounting) and familiarity with the Power Platform.
D365 Project Operations and PSA tools experience translating business requirements into D365 solutions.
Familiarity with UAT, fit-gap analysis, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops to define To-Be processes for project-based services.
Define functional specs and configure WBS, costing, and billing (fixed-price or T&M).
Support dual-write to connect Project Operations with D365 Finance or other ERPs.
Create training materials and manage requirements in Azure DevOps to drive adoption.
