Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with 8–10 years in analysis, requirements management, and testing. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and bridging business stakeholders with technical teams across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting BRD/FRS, creating user stories and RTMs, and guiding SIT/UAT and defect management to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end SDLC.
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users to understand objectives, processes, and system requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases, and RTM across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing with business users and defect management.
• Validate requirements and obtain formal approval and sign-off.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business and functional requirements.
