Job summary

Base Camp in Singapore is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support a large enterprise CRM environment, manage deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements.

You will work hands-on, collaborating with clients as needed, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, analytical role requiring calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#, .NET, and CRM SDK skills, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and deployment automation.
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL, plus SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and backlog management in Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear, confident client communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshooting: Investigate issues, root cause, resolve, on-site when needed.
• Custom development: Build and maintain plug-ins, workflows, integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Data and reporting: Write and optimize SQL queries, SSIS packages, SSRS reports for data processing and reporting.
• Deployments: Script, run, oversee releases using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Modern developer workflow: Work in Visual Studio and VS Code with GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster.
• Ticket management: Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end to end in Azure DevOps boards.
