Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore seeks an MS Dynamics CRM Engineer to lead migration of CRM applications from older Dynamics versions to Dynamics 365 on‑prem. You will design best practices, drive technical analyses, and oversee development and system integration testing for the Core Banking application.

Required are 5–7 years of Microsoft tech experience ( .NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET, MVC) and strong SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS skills, plus English communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT related discipline.
• 5–7 years experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET, MVC.
• Experience migrating MS CRM from Dynamics CRM 2011/2015 to Dynamics 365 on-premise.
• Strong SQL Server 2012/2014, SSIS, SSRS experience and data modelling.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience in Java/J2EE and middleware like IIB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis to design solutions within the bank's governance.
• Collaborate with project manager, BA and test managers to ensure efficient SIT and UAT cycles.
• Work with infrastructure and application teams to minimize operational risk and ensure proper data structures.
• Provide technical guidance and support through all project stages and changes.
• Coordinate development activities within projects or change requests, including interfacing systems.
• Offer training and guidance to less experienced team members.
