Job summary

Caliber8 Pte Ltd is seeking a Ship Crew Executive to support crewing operations and ensure timely crew deployment, accurate documentation and compliance with maritime requirements.

The role involves coordinating crew planning, arranging travel, visas and joining formalities, and maintaining crewing records. You will liaise with vessels, agents and departments, ensuring compliance with STCW, MLC and flag-state rules while supporting crew training and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, HR or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in crewing or ship management preferred.
• Familiarity with crew certification, changes and maritime regulations advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; crewing systems experience a plus.
• Willingness to support urgent crew changes outside normal office hours when required.
