About the role

Join the passionate team at Capital Human Resource Management as a Crewing Officer. In this full-time position based in the Pasir Panjang, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and effective management of the company's crewing operations for maritime transport. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key to ensuring a smooth and reliable service for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  1. Coordinate the recruitment, deployment, and management of crew members for our fleet of vessels

  2. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to crew qualifications, certifications, and other employment details

  3. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to communicate crew requirements, availability, and any changes or updates

  4. Assist with the planning and scheduling of crew rotations, leaves, and substitutions to meet business needs

  5. Monitor industry regulations and requirements to ensure compliance in all crewing activities

  6. Provide support and guidance to crew members on HR-related matters as needed

  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of crewing processes and procedures

What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a crewing or human resources role within the maritime industry.

  2. Strong understanding of crew management principles, maritime regulations, and industry best practices.

  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
