Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Crewing Administrator to support work permit applications, gather letters, and compile crew documents for vessel operations.

You will coordinate offshore medicals, arrange travel with HR, maintain CVs and certificates, and ensure renewals before expiry. Diploma or Bachelor's in maritime studies or related field is required, with 2–3 years in crewing or maritime operations.

• Obtain customer support letters for work permit applications
• Work with vessel owners to get crew lists and compile crew documents
• Arrange offshore medical examinations (e.g. OGUK, Norwegian, Petronas) and submit clinic invoices to Finance
• Coordinate travel arrangements with HR when required
• Maintain personnel CVs and certificate records (e.g. BOSIET, offshore medical), and arrange renewals before expiry

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in crewing, maritime operations, or ship management.
• Able to interact with staff at all levels
