• Handle sourcing, onboarding and retention activities for crew.
• Manage visa applications, certification requirements, and flag state docs.
• Ensure IMS, client requirements and maritime regulations compliance.
• Monitor crew appraisals and performance evaluations by Masters and shore staff.
• Administer P&I claims documentation and track related costs.
• Support localization and maintain local crewing ratios across fleet.
• Verify crewing expenses and submit accruals and crewing reports.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, agents and authorities on crewing matters.

• Ensure compliance with company IMS, client requirements, and applicable maritime regulations.
• Monitor crew appraisals and performance evaluations conducted by Masters and shore-based supervisors.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant maritime or crewing certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in crewing, maritime operations, or ship management.
• Experience handling crew changes, crew documentation, and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with offshore vessel operations is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of STCW requirements, flag state regulations, and maritime industry standards.
• Knowledge of crew certification, visa processing, work permits, and travel arrangements.
• Familiarity with crewing management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of client crewing requirements and audit/compliance expectations
