Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to support clients with loan inquiries, applications, and account details.

You will deliver a professional customer experience, explain contract terms clearly, handle data entry with care, and assist with administrative tasks, with training provided and meals included. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, aiding loan processes, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a smooth customer journey

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at exemplary levels and uphold the company image.
• Be proactive and take initiative to ensure a pleasant customer experience during appointments.
• Explain loan contract terms, products and details clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with loan applications.
• Answer customer queries and explain loan procedures over the phone.
• Assist with client account management and perform accurate data entry of customer details.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.

• To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
• To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment
• To provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products and details to customers
• To assist customers with their loan applications
• To answer customers queries and to explain loan procedures over the phone
• To assist with clients account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details
• To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary

• Entry level with right skill set
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
