Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks talents for Credit Documentation Preparation to draft standard and bespoke facility, security and ancillary documents in accordance with approved credit terms.

You will ensure conditions precedent, covenants and security provisions are incorporated, perform due diligence, and support amendments and other documentation as required. Collaboration with legal counsels and front office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a credit documentation role in a similar environment.
• Experience in private banking documentation is advantageous.
• Experience with real estate financing, securities-backed lending and related collateral documentation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and ancillary documentation in line with approved credit terms.
• Ensure conditions precedent, covenants, security provisions and jurisdictional requirements are incorporated.
• Conduct necessary due diligence on documentation.
• Support preparation and issuance of amendments, waivers and other documents as required.
• Review executed documentation for completeness and compliance with approvals.
• Track end-to-end document issuance, execution, return and outstanding items.
