Aspire is seeking a results-driven Partnerships/Influencer Marketing Lead in Singapore to own the creator and affiliate channels end to end. You will source partners, onboard, negotiate terms, and build scalable campaigns based on data-driven insights.

You’ll work with the Growth team to align performance marketing, lifecycle, product marketing, legal and sales, owning channel targets and budgets while co-owning the roadmap with the Head of Growth.

Formación

• 4+ years in influencer, creator, affiliate, or partnerships marketing.
• 2–3 years owning a channel with lead, acquisition, or revenue targets.
• Track record scaling creator/affiliate programs with quantified results.
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS; translate a complex product into content driving sign-ups.
• Sourcing and negotiation skills; comfortable with cold outreach and deal structuring.
• Creative and editorial judgment; write hooks and briefs for creators.
• Analytical, performance-led mindset with attribution, funnel metrics, and unit economics.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management with legal, compliance, product, and marketing.
• High ownership in a fast-moving environment; embrace ambiguity and build processes.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; coordinate with partners in China/Hong Kong.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel growth and pipeline for affiliate and social-creator channel; manage CAC, payback, and lead quality.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of macro, micro, and nano influencers, podcasters, newsletters, YouTubers, and creator networks.
• Run the full affiliate marketing lifecycle: source, outreach, negotiate, onboard, manage, and grow partners.
• Develop campaign angles and messaging; turn Aspire's product into stories founders and finance teams care about.
• Write hooks and talking points; brief creators while preserving authentic voice; plan always-on programs.
