Confetti Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an energetic Affiliate Executive who is commercially minded to recruit new affiliates and creators, support them in producing high-performing videos and livestreams, and drive measurable GMV and commission growth.

This hands-on role covers creator outreach, community building, social commerce, and performance marketing. You will report to the Founder and collaborate across teams to execute recruitment, onboarding, and growth campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, creator management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, creator content, or livestream selling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick to learn in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Source, research, and approach potential Shopee and TikTok affiliates.
• Identify creators with strong potential based on content quality and commerce performance.
• Conduct outreach across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Help develop outreach templates, pitch decks, onboarding guides, FAQs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Guide onboarding through onboarding processes and explain campaigns, products, commissions, and content requirements.
• Encourage consistent publishing and participation in campaigns; follow up with low-activity affiliates.
• Build relationships via messaging, training sessions, and community engagement.
• Support affiliates to improve video and livestream performance; advise on hooks, demonstrations, storytelling, CTAs, and trends.
