We Are Aspire Ltd. is a Singapore-based AI-native technology consultancy seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic marketing plan and drive pipeline. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape positioning and deliver measurable impact.

In this hybrid role, you will run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events, own the events calendar, and craft client stories. You will guide freelancers, report simply, and help grow the marketing function.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or SaaS.
• Hands-on, self-starting approach with ability to write, build and ship.
• Experience with events, LinkedIn and case-study led marketing that generates pipeline.
• Strong writing to translate technical topics for business buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the marketing plan with targets linked to pipeline.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars and events.
• Own the events calendar and partner co-marketing while ensuring ROI.
• Turn client projects into case studies and thought leadership.
• Support brand refresh and align messaging for AI-native positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and partners to generate and nurture leads.
• Leverage AI tools for faster research, content, and reporting.
• Manage freelancers and agencies and help shape future hires.
