• Receive applications for court records/appeals at the counters and verify that the court documents submitted are properly filed.
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience.
• Provide suggestions to improve service quality and processes to enhance court users’ service experience.
