The ideal candidate holds a Polytechnic diploma, communicates effectively in Mandarin, and can work well in a fast-paced team. Weekend shifts are mandatory, and the role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
• Willing and able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents.
• Strong teamwork with ability to work independently.
• Passion for education and engaging with students and families.
• Willing to work outside regular hours and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal team members.
• Conduct indoor sales by introducing courses to new and existing clients.
• Manage company social media accounts.
• Support marketing events and outreach activities.
• Handle student registrations and maintain client records.
