Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field qualifications
• Minimum 5 years+ of Distribution, Channel and End-user account B2B sales experience
• Experience in Enterprise IT, Data Centre and Building Infrastructure Solution e.g Data Cabling, Networking, Power & Cooling, BMS / EMS
• Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Good in CRM and BI Tools for managing sales performance

1. Position Summary

The Country Sales Manager is responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key partners, client relationships, and expanding market presence within their country. They actively support sales cycles, engage with senior clients, and ensure alignment between the company’s product offerings and customer business outcomes. They also lead and coach sales teams, monitor performance, drive business results in meeting targets and ensure compliance with sales governance and best practices. Additionally, they collaborate with marketing to generate demand, company branding and follow up on leads effectively.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field qualifications


• Minimum 5 years+ of Distribution, Channel and End-user account B2B sales experience.


• Experience preferably in Enterprise IT, Data Centre and Building Infrastructure Solution e.g Data Cabling, Networking, Power & Cooling, BMS / EMS.


• Proficient in MS Team, outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
