Job summary

Datwyler IT Infra, headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a Country Sales Manager for Malaysia to develop and implement strategic sales plans. You will manage key partners and client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coach local sales teams to meet targets.

Collaboration with marketing to create demand and ensure alignment of offerings is essential. The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales within IT/infrastructure, strong networking, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field qualifications
• Minimum 5 years+ of Distribution, Channel and End-user account B2B sales experience
• Experience in Enterprise IT, Data Centre and Building Infrastructure Solution e.g Data Cabling, Networking, Power & Cooling, BMS / EMS
• Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Good in CRM and BI Tools for managing sales performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow assigned customer and partners accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects
• Build strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and system integrators
• Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop sales strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to project closure
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive profitable growth
• Prepare periodical reporting, sales forecasts and pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Act as the in-country representative of Datwyler IT Infra
