Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned F&B operations leader to oversee the performance of at least two restaurant brands, drive profitability, and elevate service standards across the group.

You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management, develop growth strategies, lead a large operations team and coordinate new outlet openings while maintaining food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of F&B experience, preferably multi-outlet or multi-brand operations.
• Strong track record in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and operational improvements.
• Leadership experience managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations and performance of at least 2 restaurant brands.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, profitability and growth.
• Lead planning and coordination of new outlet openings.
• Build high standards for service quality, food safety and excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams.
