Fei Siong Group in Singapore seeks a Director of Operations to lead the Singapore market for its international QSR brands. This senior role owns full P&L, drives day-to-day operations excellence, and ensures brand standards across a multi-outlet network.

The position reports to group leadership and shapes the operating model, frontline capability, and growth strategy regionally with a strong focus on food safety, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L ownership for multi-unit operations.
• Experience in multi-brand QSR or hospitality environments.
• Experience operating under international franchise systems and audit standards.
• Proven track record turning around underperforming operations and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Singapore market and drive revenue and margin growth.
• Set and monitor KPIs across outlets and drive corrective actions.
• Lead store operations to ensure consistent service and guest experience across the network.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and franchisor compliance are upheld across all sites.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations leadership team and develop talent.
