Qualifications

• Supervise food and service safety to ensure a comfortable environment.
• Provide efficient, professional service and resolve service failures diplomatically.
• Drive operational efficiencies and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Control labour with scheduling and monitor staff leave.
• Participate in hiring for junior positions.
• Counsel staff and propose disciplinary action.
• Manage and groom a team of supervisors and service staff.
• Handle restaurant administrative duties.
• Must be well-versed with tour groups and events organizing.
• Connections to Indian/Asian tour groups and travel agents.
