Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Cybersecurity; MBA or certifications are a plus.
• 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT, with 3-5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and country-level operations.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across key product lines and business segments.
• Support strategic end-user and channel partner engagement to develop and convert business opportunities.
• Oversee execution of local go-to-market plans, campaigns, and pipeline activities in alignment with vendors.
• Collaborate amongst Business Development Managers and Pre-Sales to win value-based cybersecurity projects.
• Mentor and guide local sales, technical, and support teams toward performance excellence.
