FIRST TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support the Sales Manager with pricing, sourcing, and proposal preparation. The role involves sourcing international suppliers, negotiating best pricing, and handling customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Immediate opening with on-the-job training provided for those eager to learn the sales craft and build a career in Sales.

Formación

• Inside Sales experience in IT distributors / SI is welcome.
• Pro-active with initiative and able to follow up closely within deadlines.
• Accurate, analytical, and able to understand customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing, source products, prepare quotations and proposals.
• Source for international suppliers; check pricing and stock status.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and follow up on orders.
• Act on sales leads as passed by Sales Manager.
• Assist customers with product inquiries or system-related issues.
• Track project schedule and profit & loss reports for management.
• Liaise with Accounts to process orders and deliveries.
• May convert to outdoor sales if eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Sales Manager: Get pricing, source for products, prepare quotations and send proposals to Customers.
• Source for International Suppliers; check products pricing, stock status.
• Negotiate best pricing with Suppliers; follow up closely with them on orders processed
• Act on sales leads as passed down by Sales Manager.
• Help Customers with product- related enquiries or system-related issues.
• Track project schedule and profit & loss reports to Management.
• Liaise with Accounts Dept to process orders and goods delivery.
• May convert to outdoor sales if meet the requirement.

Requirements:

• Inside Sales of IT Distributors / SI are most welcome to apply
• Pro-active, have good initiative to follow up closely, can work with tight deadlines
• Accurate, analytical, and willing to spend time to understand customer’s requirements.
• Proficient in Words, Excels, Internet, English language
• Minimum Degree in Information Technology / business related course.
• Good in English writing.
• Immediate opening.
• On the job training and guidance will be provided if person has no experience but who are willing to learn the craft and make a career out of Sales.
