Job summary

Heilind Asia Pacific (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team, monitor targets, and drive improvements across sales administration.

You will coordinate with departments to resolve customer escalations and ensure accurate forecast reporting for strategic accounts. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years of sales experience in interconnect components, and strong Mandarin/English

• Diploma or higher in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in interconnect components.
• Strong Mandarin and English communication abilities.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales representatives team.

• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
• Coordinate department to solve customer escalation issues.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales billing forecasts for SGM.
• Leverage customer feedback to inspire new features or products.
• Foster an open-communication environment within the team.
• Approve workflows, CN & DN & RMA processes.
• Train inside sales on systems and customer dealings.
• Attend conference calls as required by customers or suppliers.
• Process quotes, orders entry, and stock planning for strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales representatives team
• Track sales targets for your team that is set by management
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

• Prepare monthly, quarterly sales billing forecasts number for SGM
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Build an open-communication environment for your team
• Approving of workflows, CN & DN & RMA
• Training of IS on system and dealing with customers
• Attend con-call if required by customers or suppliers
• Process quotes and orders entry and planning of stocks for strategic customers

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components (Connectors/Switches/Relay etc.)
• Good command of Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Team player and able to communicate with all levels/departments
• Positive attitude, detail-minded, service oriented and willing to learn
