Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to handle sales and coordination of venues for corporate events such as gala dinners, product launches, seminars and concerts.

The role requires a diploma, 1 year of related experience, and willingness to work weekends/public holidays with appropriate time off in lieu, while managing end-to-end event operations including budgets, AV, and transportation planning.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma Holder.
• At least 1 year experience in event/hotel boutique/sales/operations preferred.
• Willing to work weekends & public holidays; off in lieu if working on PH.

Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate event.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and satisfaction of participants.
• Inspect event facilities to ensure they conform to customer requirements.
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation, catering, signage, displays, special needs, printing and security.
• Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs.
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to customer requirements.

Corporate Event Planner

• Office Located atCity Hall
• Basic Salary: $2,700 - $4,000 + Incentives + AWS + Bonus
• 5 Work Days Include Weekends, 8 Off Days Per Month
• Normal Working Hours: 9am-6pm
• Event Hours: 7am-4pm // 2pm-11pm

This role mainly handling sales & coordination of the venue on corporate events like dinner and dance (gala night, annual dinner or lunch), product launch (fashion show for jewelry or beauty brands), seminars, concerts andetc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma Holder
• At least 1 year experience in event / hotel boutique / sales / operations duties are preferred for this role.
• Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays, off in lieu if working on PH.
