Inter Island Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a Catering Sales Executive in Singapore. Salary range SGD 3K–SGD 3.6K monthly (excl. commission, salary negotiable). Working hours Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 with occasional weekend events standby.

Qualifications

• Driven with excellent customer service to interact with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Team player capable of building rapport and collaborative working relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Passionate about F&B industry.
• 1–3 years in sales in Catering/F&B/Restaurant/Wedding fields.
• F&B sales experience is an advantage.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure catering sales leads and opportunities.
• Handle inquiries, calls, site visits and cold calling to generate leads.
• Understand catering menus and promotions to advise clients.
• Develop rapport with clients to deliver a memorable event experience.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and confirmations.
• Coordinate event bookings and manage key events.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to secure future business.
