InternSG in Singapore is seeking a capable Benefits Programs Specialist to design and manage comprehensive employee benefits offerings for corporate clients. You will negotiate rates, analyze data, and communicate complex benefits information through presentations and consultations to drive client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, Mandarin proficiency, and sales experience. A full-time, permanent position is offered, with opportunities for fresh graduates to join and grow

Qualifications

• Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
