ManageH&Bvendorrenewalsandnegotiations
Designefficientplandesignsandfundingarrangementsthatfitclient'sneed.
Demonstrateproficientwriting,oralpresentationskillsinclientreports,recommendations, and presentations
Provideclaimsanalysisreports,includinglossratio,frequencyoftheuse,member profile, etc.
ProvideannualbenchmarkingcomparisonrelatingtoH&Bclients
Internalsystemupdatesrelatetobenefitsmatters
The Requirements
Minimumof5yearsexperienceinaHealth& Benefitsconsultingorbrokeragerole,or from a C&B function in industry.
Meetrequirementsofthefollowingincluding:BCP, ComGI, PGI, HI, M5, M9 and M9A papers (M9A is preferred but not mandatory)
Excellentabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithastrongfocusoncustomerservice
Goodoralandwrittencommunicationskills
