Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent with 2–3 years in client servicing or operations.
• Experience in banking operations and client servicing is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of loan-related transactions and client inquiries with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely transactions.
• Monitor and resolve transaction issues (e.g., GIRO, cheques) within portfolio.
• Assist with audit confirmations, bank references and system updates.
• Support ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed.
