Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Banking Application & Infrastructure Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for core banking and related services, ensuring 24x7 SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include incident, problem and change management, transaction tracing, logs analysis, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, integrity and timely remediation of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in banking application support or infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical banking systems in SLA-driven environments.
• Strong end-to-end transaction tracing and log analysis skills.
• Hands-on UNIX/Linux, Windows, AS/400 and mainframe exposure.
• Familiar with ITIL processes: incident, problem and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer-reported payment failures, login issues, and card-processing problems.
• Perform end-to-end transaction tracing across applications, databases, and interfaces.
• Support Start-of-Day and End-of-Day processing, releases, deployments, and DR exercises.
• Coordinate with business users, operations, application, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor systems, automate tasks, and maintain dashboards and alerts.
• Apply ITIL-based incident, problem and change management; drive RCA and remediation.
