Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Production Support Engineer with 3–5 years’ banking‑domain experience to provide end‑to‑end support for banking apps, transaction processing, and infrastructure in a 24x7, SLA‑driven environment.

You will investigate payments, logins, and card processing issues; perform end‑to‑end trace analysis; monitor with Splunk, Geneos, and Control‑M; and develop automation with Ansible, shell scripting, PowerShell or Python.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in banking application support or production operations.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical banking systems in SLA-driven environments.
• Strong ability in log analysis, SQL investigation, data validation, and RCA.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, AS/400, and/or mainframe platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for customer-facing banking applications and infrastructure in a 24x7, SLA-driven setting.
• Investigate payment, login, authentication, transactions, and card-processing issues; coordinate permanent fixes.
• Perform transaction tracing across applications, databases, and interfaces; monitor logs and batch results.
• Support release and deployment management, disaster recovery, and service restoration activities.
