Job summary

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES GROUP PTE. LTD. invites a dedicated kitchen operations professional to oversee patient meal preparation and catering events, ensuring SOP adherence and cost control.

You will plan menus, conduct quality checks, supervise equipment, sanitation, and labour, and collaborate with hospital staff to deliver safe, nutritious meals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
• Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure.
• Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events.
• Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labour.
