Job summary

HARA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join a brand-new kitchen team at a casual Authentic Korean restaurant.

You will wash, chop ingredients, maintain kitchen cleanliness, receive stock, label ingredients, and follow FIFO. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; flexibility is essential for this busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fast learner and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Experience in F&B is a bonus, beginners welcome.
• Able to stand long shifts, work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Wash, peel, chop ingredients, and assemble components for Korean dishes.
• Clean cooking equipment, wash dishes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

• Clean cooking equipment, wash dishes, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Receive daily stock deliveries, label ingredients, and ensure proper food rotation (FIFO)
• Dispose of waste and follow basic kitchen safety guidelines

About you

• Fast learner, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Prior F&B experience is a bonus, but beginners with a positive attitude are welcome
• Valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course (preferred)
• Able to stand for long shifts and handle light lifting
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
