TUNG LOK SIGNATURES (2006) PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen team member to assist with meal ingredient prep, washing, cutting, and organizing food supplies in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have prior kitchen experience and be able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Strong communication and stamina are essential to thrive in this role.

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat.
• Stir and heat soups and sauces.
• Wash and store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Organize and store food supplies properly in kitchen, cold room and storeroom.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
