Job summary

LOTUS THAI RESTAURANT (KPT) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Cook / Chef for full-time or part-time positions in the East Region of Singapore. You will handle wok cooking, maintain clean utensils and work area, and support daily kitchen operations.

You will also assist in ordering raw materials, stock takes, and storage, and collaborate with the supervisor and crew. We value self-driven individuals with initiative and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to operate wok and manage heat.
• Attention to cleanliness and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Willing to use wok to cook
• Ensure clean utensils and work area
• Order Raw Material and Supplies for the kitchen
• Assists in stock take and storage of stock.
• Taking orders from Supervisor in charged
• Work as a Team with the rest of the crew members, inside and outside the kitchen.
• Self-driven, hardworking and self-initiate
• Full time or Part time (Flexible working hours)
