THE WOK PEOPLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on chef to prepare and cook a mix of Asian and Western dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will apply diverse cooking methods, manage ingredients, and help control costs while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The role includes ad-hoc duties and requires a team-oriented, self-driven chef.

This position offers day shifts, a 5-day week, and meals and uniforms provided, located near One North MRT.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook varieties of Asian dishes and Western cuisine.
• Apply knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, and culinary nutrition.
• Exercise cost control and inventory management practices.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
