Job summary

ASIA COFFEE HOUSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a kitchen associate to prepare and cook food per recipes, maintain quality and presentation, and support daily stall operations.

You will assist with stock preparation, receiving and inventory control, while upholding hygiene standards. The role may involve working at different stalls and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or cooking preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

• Carry out food preparation, cutting, portioning and cooking.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Assist with stock preparation, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Support daily operations of the food stall and kitchen.
• May be assigned to different stalls or outlets.
• Perform other reasonable kitchen duties as assigned.

Job description

Salary: S$3,000 - S$5,500 per month

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
