• Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

• Follow all instructions given by direct superior and the head chef.
• Assist chefs in rolling the operation, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory listing.
• Cook and prepare a variety of food products as directed by the Chef De Partie and the head chef.
• Comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Portion foods and products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Prepare at any station required.
• Inform supervisors when supplies are low or equipment is not working properly.
• Assist cook with various tasks as needed.
• Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned by management.

Job description

Permanent position at Boon Tat Street. Split shift, 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays. Salary up to $2300 plus voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities
