• Prepare and cook food according to kitchen standards and recipes.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and housekeeping at all times.
• Perform daily kitchen duties including stock checking and inventory control.
• Ensure regular cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff as required.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Report directly to the Chef-in-Charge.
