Job summary

APPLAUSE TYRWHITT PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time Kitchen Assistant in Singapore to prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.

You will support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities focus on maintaining food quality, hygiene, stock checks and collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. You will handle storage, waste reduction and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or F&B kitchen preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible and punctual, keen to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a valid Food Safety Course certificate, where applicable.

Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,800 per month

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef/Management.

Salary will be offered between S$3,000 and S$3,800 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
