Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore seeks a meticulous professional to join the Controls and Reporting team. The role focuses on daily control checks and assisting with functional and regulatory reporting, including COI reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.

Additionally, you will help manage Operations processing teams on a day-to-day basis and coordinate with Finance and Technology to ensure smooth daily operations, while supporting IRAS reporting (FATCA & CRS) and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Min 3-5 years in investment operations; knowledge of Unit Trust/investment advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Cost of Investments reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Experience using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot Tables, or basic formulas.
• Growth mindset, adaptable, and structured decision making.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner for Cost of Investments reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.
• Guide and ensure the Control & Reporting team supports daily Operations, including regulatory matters (CPF Board & Agent Banks).
• Coordinate with Finance and Technology to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assist in preparing reports for regulatory reporting, management oversight and stakeholder communication, including IRAS reporting (FATCA & CRS).
• Provide primary support and oversight of the Operations team.
• Support data entry, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our Controls and Reporting team. This role involves performing daily control checks and assisting with functional and regulatory reporting.

Further to control and reporting function, this role will also play a critical role in managing and planning of our Operations processing team(s) on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Control & Reporting Manager – scope of coverage and oversight are as follows:

• Key owner accountable for our organization’s Cost of Investments (COI) reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.


• Guide and ensure the Control & Reporting team supports the daily running of Operations which includes ad-hoc and recurring regulatory matters (CPF Board & Agent Banks) etc


• Coordinate with other critical functions within the company such as Finance and Technology to ensure smooth business operations.


• Assist in the preparation of reports required for regulatory reporting, management oversight and stakeholder communication, including IRAS reporting (FATCA & CRS)

• Primary support and oversight of Operations team


• Support data entry, reconciliation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Min 3-5 years and above experience in handling investment operations industry, with any knowledge of Unit Trust/investment would be advantageous.


• Strong knowledge of Cost of Investments reporting


• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.


• Experience using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot Tables, or basic formulas.
