Job summary

grow with singlife in Singapore seeks a meticulous Control and Reporting professional to perform daily control checks and assist with regulatory reporting. The role also manages planning for the Operations processing teams to ensure smooth daily execution.

You will own COI reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks, coordinate with Finance and Technology, and prepare IRAS FATCA/CRS reports. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment operations with COI reporting to regulators and agent banks.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Strategic in nature with adaptability to changes and a structured mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management to govern Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own COI reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and Agent Banks.
• Support daily Operations with ad-hoc and recurring regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with Finance and Technology to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in price comparisons and calculations for trade delays or issues with vendors/stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory reports and management oversight reports, including IRAS FATCA & CRS.
• Provide primary support and oversight of the Operations team.
• Collaborate on key initiatives and process improvements.
