Job summary

Require 5+ years of experience in Control-M and related technologies; the role supports a 24x7 on-call model and collaborates with multiple IT teams to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Control-M administration and enterprise scheduling experience.
• Hands-on with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents.
• Experience upgrading, patching, migrations and HA/DR.
• Proficient with Control-M Automation API and API integrations.
• Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, and Linux/Unix shell.

Responsibilities

• Administer Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers and Agents including config and security.
• Monitor server health, agent connectivity, calendars and alerts.
• Plan upgrades, patches, migrations and resolve compatibility issues.
• Improve performance, capacity, and support HA/DR and failover.
• Maintain integrations with enterprise apps, monitoring and ITSM tools.
• Diagnose connectivity, API, authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
• Develop automation workflows and scripts using Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell.
• Apply IaC and source control to ensure consistency.
• Provide L2/L3 support and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Follow change/release processes and participate in DR exercises.
• Maintain operating procedures and architecture docs; coordinate with BMC Support.
